At Baia del Silenzio Resort, dining is one of the true highlights of the stay.
Our food & beverage service is designed to offer quality, flexibility and authentic flavours, in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
The restaurant, recently renovated, welcomes both guests staying on full board or half board and those who prefer to dine à la carte, in a refined yet informal setting.
Meals – breakfast included – are served in the air-conditioned restaurant hall with a self-service buffet, offering hot and cold dishes, side courses, fruit and desserts, allowing guests to create their own menu every day.
Guests choosing the à la carte menu are welcomed on the sea-view terrace, with table service from starter to dessert and dishes freshly prepared by our chefs.
Completing the offer is our pizzeria with a traditional wood-fired oven, perfect for an informal and tasty dinner, featuring fragrant doughs and generous toppings.
Guests staying in Residence Formula can enjoy the takeaway service: simply order lunch or dinner and have your meals delivered directly to your eco-accommodation, surrounded by nature.
For a quicker and more informal break, the Resort offers two bars:
ShowBar, next to the theatre and by the pool, ideal for snacks, sandwiches, fresh salads and mini pizzas
BluBar, located near the beach, perfect for refreshing drinks during the day
